FAQ
Q. Can your decorated cutout cookies be frozen?
A. Yes! My cookies may be frozen in an airtight container or by wrapping the box in which they were delivered in plastic wrap. The cookies will stay fresh for at least 3 months. Thaw at room temperature in container. Remove plastic wrap once the container reaches room temperature--about an hour. This will prevent condensation from settling onto the cookies.
Q. Why is it so difficult to be added to your schedule?
A. I would love to add you to my schedule, but I am only able to book a small amount of custom orders each week, as I am a busy college student. To maintain a flexible schedule, I will be making cookies as time allows and selling as Flash Sales/Pop-ups. Thank you for understanding if I cannot meet your order request.
Q. Do you donate goods to fundraising events?
A. Yes! I love donating to local fundraising events. I limit these donations to one per month. If you'd like to be considered, please complete the CONTACT US form and describe your request.
Q. How do I store my cookies?
A. Please remove cookies from the box and store in an airtight container. Keep away from direct sunlight and cookies will remain fresh for a week or longer. You may also freeze cookies for up to 3 months.
